Sorry Paul, I don't like where they are positioned at the moment, as you say, they look ok from on the bike, off the bike the angle looks s bit too steep and there is too much gap between ignition and clocks. Bringing them closer in (and lowering them as much as you can with the space constraints) will make them look better. Once you do this you can decide whether or not the lamps need to move up a bit or not.

Sorry for not being positive, just being honest :o. Welding job looks really good though :D

hi mr willy....I bought this as a spares bike to sort out my stuttering 600...thats all sorted now so thought I would try to make something out of whats left.....no fairing so needed to do something with the clocks....not sure if this is the answer but its kept me out of trouble for a while........

hi matey.......thanks for your honesty, thats what I was after  :).....the reason I started with this position was to give plenty of room for the ignition switch.....working on my own holding the clocks and trying to see what they look like must have looked funny from a distance   :lol :lol.....its a starting point, will lower them and see what it looks like....cheers paul

Not to keen on the lights but they may look better actually mounted on the back of the clocks. Making them quite high but would allow the clocks to stay where they are and bring it all together

Could you even change the clock case you made to become a clock/ headlight case

Ok, so you had no fairing on clock mount to start,, yes the box came together well, tidy,

Naked bikes will always look like someone stuck lights, clocks as an after thought,,so you are always on a losing battle there.

Just do what you think you like,,its yours.

Mr , you have 3 bikes :eek

The crap parts of your stuttering fazer will doubtless be on this pile of rust
