tyres and suspension for cold weather

were heading for a bit of cold wheather here in the uk just wondering would anyone put different tyre pressures and suspension chages to compensate ??

Nope!
You only need to consider those choices more in the rain than the cold, and do you change any of these when it's raining?
Probably not, and the main reason being you adjust your riding to the conditions!

Just been into norwich to drop the missus off and back two hours later to pick her up..had a nasty little slide on the way in and another on the way out, both times hardly leaning and not gassing the bike. The OE sportsmax tyres on my bike were shite when I got it from being three years old and not used much, then got ok towards the end of summer, deffo shite again now.  Just gonna be more careful I guess, especially two up, not getting new rubber til spring. Roads are deffo nasty now, and will only get worse :eek
