So,,who is welcome here?
« on: 05 October 2013, 10:44:30 pm »
Is this going to be a welcome home forum for the new owners of the new MT09?

will we see a section for them?

It's not a Fazer. Yamaha may have designated it FZ-09 in the States, but they haven't actually named it Fazer. And it bears no resemblance to any Fazer.

No it bears no reassemblance to a faxer but will it pull the same people as on here?

It is a close to a naked fz1s as you can get

Nope, 3 cylinder, not a multi use bike. People who leave Fazers for it will be disappointed in the long run I think, especially if they can only afford one bike. And "long run" is one thing it can't do!
I'd love to have one, but not as an only bike.

The same was said when the new divvy came out, that it was the natural replacement for the Fazer 600.

Curious- why do a few of you believe it doesn't have any decent life expectancy?

There's already enough "bikeism" here, what with gangs of wild eyed screaming fanatical gen one jihadists wanting to burn us quiet gen 2 types at the stake for witchery and suchlike... ;)

"Are you the Fazer Thou Gen I People's Front ?"
"Feck off, we're the People's Front of Gen I Fazer Thou"
"Where's the MT 09 Popular Front ?"
