lets hope you didnt forget to grease em up?

Oh yes, plenty of grease, practically emptied half the 500g pot in to the bearings, steering stem and surround areas

Yep, certainly feels more stable

Not sure if it feels perfect but its hard to tell on my bike :P I'll adjust them when I get back after the LoFo ride
