FZS1000 Clocks

I am looking at buying a set of speedo clocks to replace my existing ones....my old clocks are measured in KPH and have been fitted with some kind of modification gizmo to return them back into MPH.....Focced knows where and what this modification actually is but keen to get back to standard MPH clocks.

Does anyone know if these can be fitted as a direct replacement without the existing or any modifications etc

You will have a speedo convertor fitted.

It fits to the end of your speedo cable and into the back of the clocks. If you want to change the clocks to mph ones, you simply take the old clocks off and unscrew the speedo convertor. Refit the speedo cable to the mph clocks. Simples

You might be right, as i cant recall. Too many bikes in the garage! Remove the seat and remove the right side panel (the one under the seat). The speedo sensor lead is located under this panel, most likely there is a speedo healer plugged into the loom somewhere around there.

  i am replacing my mph clocks soon to aftermarket ones if you need to source some. Approx 30000 on clock no issues with them at all
will be flea baying them for around 100, fellow foccer 90 posted to your door.

but needs a billet yoke as they dont fit the R1 due to mounting measurements of risers

got the speedo just waiting for yoke to be manufactured

Cheers...that's exactly where it was....now fitted with a new mph clocks
