FZS600 Fazer / Re: Led light« on: 27 April 2017, 08:06:36 am »I could be wrong here but don't you need to fit some sort of inline resistor to get led indicators to work correctly? I put led relay so indicators works fine. Only when I turn lights on they stop working. 3
FZS600 Fazer / Led light« on: 26 April 2017, 09:49:35 pm »
Changed indicators to led and they doesn't work when headlight is on. Do I need to change H4 bulb to led as well. Normal bulbs indicators works fine. Check on both relays (led and oem)

Bike lost power (nothing not even horn when ignition on)
I was suspected solenoid (but fuse is ok) I connect cable from positive straight to red /white cable from connector. All power back on (even without a key) What can it be solenoid or power on/off switch or something else? 5

FZS600 Fazer / Re: front lights mod legal requirements« on: 08 May 2016, 09:42:30 am »It's not just a high beam, it's a passing light as well, you'd have been better off swapping to both H4 instead. Ok i have read somewhere else that high bean are not required. I can't put H4 as it be to bright for other vehicles? 14
FZS600 Fazer / front lights mod legal requirements« on: 08 May 2016, 05:31:45 am »
Hi is it full head lights beam legal requirements?
I have changed H4 for H1 on both lights , (modified bulb holder of course) Now I have left side light on all the time or both when I swich on high beam switch. But becouse of that I loose high beam H4 option which it's fine with me As I am never usually it anyway. 15
FZS600 Fazer / Re: me again rumbling/metalic sound« on: 07 May 2016, 10:03:40 pm »Could well be the bearings, but binding brakes can cause this too, even when applied. Had that recently and just standard post-winter clean sorted it. Suggest give em a clean at same time as inspecting your bearings. So it were the bearing. Changed them now ( wasn't easy to take off old one!!!) And bike it's like new:) 16
FZS600 Fazer / Re: front sprocket nut« on: 07 May 2016, 10:02:02 pm »Good job that you have changed the nut So you were right. 10 links was 200mm long. I have closely check the chain and was shocked that I didn't see before how worn was it. All change now. Completly different bike now 18
FZS600 Fazer / Re: front sprocket nut« on: 30 April 2016, 06:12:25 pm »Looking at the photos that Chris has submitted I would be really concerned (unless they are really really poor quality pics) the treads on the shaft look almost non existent as do the threads on the old Nut that is balanced on his knee in the pics (Not that the nut matters as its being replaced) but the shaft really is important, it's a fine thread anyway and it should be torqued up to 94 Km. Thanks for advise:) I was suprised as well but the tread on shaft was in very good condition. Picture wasn't clear enough to see it. 19
Events, Meets, Ride outs etc / Re: Bristol this Sunday?« on: 30 April 2016, 02:23:04 pm »Sign up with Bristol motorbike riders , they organise loads of ride outs , there is a ride out next Sunday , meeting at Paulton Rovers FC at 11am but it is a charity thing so there is a donation involved , most of there ride outs are free . Thanks 20
FZS600 Fazer / Re: front sprocket nut« on: 30 April 2016, 02:19:49 pm »Might just be the picture but do the threads on that shaft look stripped to anyone? I'd be keeping a close eye on that I think they look pretty worn Luckily was good as new. Put new bigger nut on it. It's propobly only picture quality. 21

FZS600 Fazer / Re: screeching fairing! !!« on: 30 April 2016, 09:38:15 am »I had the same problem turned out to be the screen was loose. Purchased some screen bolts and all ok. Screen it's fine. I think it'd more speedo. On Sunday i Will take all fairing and lights of and see if it's better 24
FZS600 Fazer / Re: me again rumbling/metalic sound« on: 30 April 2016, 09:36:25 am »Not really precise enough, but have you recently done any work on the bike? If I know precisely I would fix it:) The noise it's constant even when breaks applied. I need to try to go for a hill and go on the bike with engine off then I know if it's engine. I have ordered front bearing they are really cheap anyway. 25
FZS600 Fazer / Re: front sprocket nut« on: 30 April 2016, 09:26:52 am »Good job that you have changed the nut Chain slack its ok IT'S still 2 lines to limit. It's better when I changed sprockets. I will check that 150mm when have time. Thanks
