Led light
« on: 26 April 2017, 09:49:35 pm »
Changed indicators to led and they doesn't work when headlight is on. Do I need to change H4 bulb to led as well. Normal bulbs indicators works fine. Check on both relays (led and oem)

I could be wrong here but don't you need to fit some sort of inline resistor to get led indicators to work correctly?

I put led relay so indicators works fine.
Only when I turn lights on they stop working.

I would check that all your earth points are good, clean them up and use contact cleaner on all connectors, check any wiring you might have disturbed when fitting the relay and indicators.

Sounds like a wiring issue.

The wiring diagram in the Haynes manual is pretty handy when fault finding the lights and indicators.
