Evening all, some bikes been of the road about 10 years now so I've decided to get her back up and running.
So far I've stripped it down and taken the carbs of and ultrasonic cleand them individually but I've ended up with an extra pice I don't recall it coming off when I took them to bits so I thought I'd ask on here and see if its even from the carbs
Also dose anyone know where to find some new plastic washers for the choke mine have grown legs
Thanks

I'll put pics up when I can work out how to ?

Files too large, either screenshot them and see if that will upload or try to edit them and reduce the size of the file...

Goes in the diaphragm cover for the choke holder where the single stainless screw is.

The issue you guys maybe running into is the file size being too large. Files is limited to 1mb per image for the following file types ( JPG, PNG, webp, GIF). I have had to due to introduce these limit because people where just posting multiple 4 - 15MB bloody images eating into the hosting storage limit etc.. And when a 1MB jpg for example has more than enough dpi/resolution there is zero need for anything bigger.

Its would also help if the files are 2000x2000 pixels or under please. So we dont have giant images using up the entire page etc.

Yep, they are I believe crush washers, you when you tighten down the screws the washer is a hard stop that prevent the plastic carb. tops being being crushed etc.

That's understandable I've now learnt to resize the pictures in my phone

I just need to find some of the white washers and set the flot hight then they can go back on
