Wanted fairing infills

looking for some Fairing infills 2004 fzs1000 .seen some 2003 fzs600 ones for sale but dont know if they will fit or not gratefull for any help thanks

No they will not fit, Fzs600 ones of any year are totally different to the Fzs1000 ones

As @unfazed commented, the shape is similar, but different enough that the 2003 FZS600 infills wont fit -

As a pair of the genuine yamaha ones are £156 (and on back order), it might be worth looking at Carbon fiber replacements -

GB motor racing parts sent me a damaged set, when I questioned the quality they suggested rubbing them down myself. Having just spent a chunk of money on brand new infils I said id prefer to have perfect products rather than making do...

So I sent them back to be replaced... only to find that they sanded them down and sent them back! All dull and no longer shiny :-(

Fast forwards another 3 weeks + another cost of return postage and I finally got what I paid for. No doubts they just tried palming off the damaged ones onto the next unsuspecting customer.

Id stay clear of them....

I assume you have copies of emails and photos of the items you were sent? Prolly worth posting a review on trustpilot.

As this is a public forum there has to be proof to backup the claims otherwise the post gets edited or removed. We honestly dont need drama etc.

I wasn't referring to drama on here, but rather if GP racing decided to have a pop. 

Long story short, as long as someone has the emails, photos of a conversation with a wayword business, then at that point its not anecdotal and it falls under freedom of speech etc.  We have to cover all the bases when it comes to saying stuff 'in public' etc these days. 

Eg just like on wakipedia, you can't just say trumplethinskin is a twat, you have to site some articles that clearly demonstrate he is a complete and utter twat..

Regardless of yours are anyone else's qualifications, my comment as admin, was for the entire forum.

And looking at those panels and considering how much they will have cost, were I in your shoes I would also have sent them back for a full refund.

I made the comment of law, not to fluff my feathers, but to point out that i know what im doing.

The parts were sent back to be replaced. And I was sent exactly the same ones back. The weave on the reverse was photographed and was exactly the same in both the parts returned and the 'replacements' received. I mean, exactly. No 2 pieces will ever be the same.

So, my review of the company, which can't be left on a review site as they haven't signed up for receiving reviews, should be allowed to stand to stop any fellow fazer enthusiasts from making the mistake which I made.

By all means, im at the end of a phone if you would like to discuss further.

I got those from FF carbon from Germany and I am happy with them.

I am pretty sure, the carbon infills will last much longer and will not broke near the holes already.
Their look is just a plus.

Yeah, they should be much stronger. Just finger tight for those pesky screws! Too much cracks them!
