Did you actually Delete them or just send them to Trash?
If the latter, try emptying that and see if it helps.
Deleted, then deleted trash too. Quite a lot as well and the trash can is now empty but a highlighted label still shows 100% full?
All working now, all I had to do was delete about 1300+ PM's

Yep people need to purge all your old PM's.

I started by deleting blocks of about 20 messages at a time thinking that would open up a few spaces, but it didn't.
So then I deleted just the Inbox, and the Trash Can straight after, but it still said 100% full even after refreshing the page.
It was only when I deleted everything that the warning message disappeared..
