After market gauge - FazerSweden - 24-04-26
Hi everyone,
Thanks for letting me join the forum.
I`ve been searching through the forum but i couldent find a clear answer to my issue,so i decided to start a new thread.
I have a FZS 1000 from 2001 buildning a caferacer and ive installed a cheap chinese/amazon after market gauge.
The bike runs fine as far as i know ! I added a slip-on so the sound is different.
But the problems i have is that i cant get the RPM and Speedometer to work, some signal issue i think.
I have it wired up on the original speedo wires and set to 1 magnet and 1950mm but the km/H just goes from zero to 150 real Quick and the RPM Yellow/black wire dont work aswell.
I have some leftover wires from the original gauge probably oil,temp and so on, do i have to Connect them ore just isolate ?
Has anybody else fitted a new aftermarket and can help, ore give some advise.
And if there is a good nice round that works i can buy a new one.
