Wanted Fazer 600 Boxeye of the purest gold - Faze2 - 16-04-26 Hi all after the demise of my precious (owned and worked on for 5 years) after some loon decided it'd be a great idea to pull across my path. I am now looking for another gold Fazer 600, if at all there is any left. RE: Wanted Fazer 600 Boxeye of the purest gold - b1k3rdude - 16-04-26 From that photo the damage dosent look too bad - Forks, rad, headers and muguard. The wheel looks like it took no damage. Cant tell if the fairing, headlight or the headlight frame took a hit.. The wheel looks like it took no damage. Report from insurance says frame damage so mor than likely headstock, wheels are all good as are all the expensive mods and time to improve, but thats not how it goes, independent engineers says its not road worthy due to frame damage , so you have to jump through expensive hoops to get the parts back, so expensive it costs more than the bikes worth ( in monetary value) hard work and sweat do t come into it. Head lights were perfect and as an example of my dedication and the true worth of the build, the headlight lense was replaced with the last one off the shelf from yamaha ( fzs 400 model compatible) , I spent a lot of time and effort. But unfortunately the argument wasn't fruitful. The next build will be in the same vein , full on, thank you for any support. |
