Just getting a 2002 Fazer 1000 back on the road on the road, have been unable to get it to run right, the bike was accident damaged and ran well when I bought it before I stripped it to rebuild. The engine has had a full service and valve clearances done, I`ve fitted an Ivan carb kit watch all the tutorials reset carb floats. The exup and original headers were damage in the accident so I spoke to Ivan and bought a used 4-2-1 header pipe setup eleminating the exup which fell within Ivans recommendation of intermediary pipe length. fitted the healtec for the exup removal changed plugs to iridium, the bike is dificult to start and sounds like it has a miss fire and sometimes just cuts out, I put a set of vacuum gauges on the bike to see if there was any obvious discrepancies all it showed was a slight imbalance across all 4 cylinders. any help would be greatly appreciated Gary
