FZS600 Front fender/mudguard making noise... - obsjensen - 22-08-25 Hi I was experiencing noise from front wheel, and i couldn’t figure out the problem. Suspected the bearings but mechanic confirmed that nothing is wrong and it simply was resonance from fairings or mudguard. Took mudguard off and the noise is gone. Mudguard back on, noise when going 50 kmh+. I recently read this post, https://foc-u.co.uk/mybb/showthread.php?tid=83839&highlight=wind But is a new tire the right solution? It's resonance, so there should be an easier solution? I tried putting some rubber rings between the fender and the forks but it doesnt help. I have thought about buying a fender extender but i dont know if it will help, and i feel like there is a cheaper solutions. All comments appreciated, thanks! |
