New member from Sunny Cumbria - Lakesandcakes - 18-11-20

Hey guys.

I've just joined the forum so wanted to say "Hi".

I've just (Monday) got back on a bike having bought a 2004 Fazer 1000 after 5 years away having children and life stuff. Ridden most things from 50's to 1100 over my 25 year biking career so far and used to do a bit of track stuff too in my younger and carefree days.

I've used the forum for a couple of time already for little niggles and see that there is a HUGE wealth of knowledge on here that I hope to use and contribute to where I can.

Until we chat again take care all and get out where and when you can.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum Lakesandcakes. Nice to see someone take the trouble to introduce themselves, as lately some first posts have been "my bikes broke, what's the answer".
You're certainly in a nice part of the country bikingwise. Enjoy your new steed and as always, ride safe :thumbup

Thanks Robbo!

When the sun shines it has some great roads.....but the tourists come out too.

When it rains....most of the time.....roads are much clearer and tractors leave their crap on the roads to make corners a bit more interesting.

Ride safe too.
