Pilot Screw adjuster - NitramA - 27-08-20 Was thinking of having a fiddle with the pilot airscrew adjusters. Can anyone recommend a tool to do this with the carbs in situ? Re: Pilot Screw adjuster - b1k3rdude - 28-08-20 I have one of these - https://www.sealey.co.uk/product/5637192186/pilot-screw-adjusting-tool Re: Pilot Screw adjuster - NitramA - 28-08-20 I saw the Sealey tool on Amazon but the reviews indicated that the end was too big to fit on their particular bikes. If it fits the Fazer then that’s the one I’ll get. Thanks for the response. Not cheap, but is the business. Re: Pilot Screw adjuster - b1k3rdude - 28-08-20 (28-08-20, 03:52 PM)robbo link Wrote: I believe that is the genuine Morgan Carbtune kit. Re: Pilot Screw adjuster - NitramA - 29-08-20 Does look the biz and £47 doesn’t seem too bad for something that actually works ![]() Might have to raid the piggy bank. Re: Pilot Screw adjuster - b1k3rdude - 29-08-20 I think the sealy one is inferior because just uses a coil/cable mechanisim, unlike the morgan above which has a shaft & worm drive. This i imagine has less back-lash so is more accurate etc. |
