Don't mean to put a downer on this but asking how does it work - are they pledges that need backing up with a payment or are they confirmed payments.

Re: Respect where its due - BBROWN1664 - 15-04-20

When you make a donation, you give your payment details and they take the money there and then. You can click to do Gift Aid too so a percentage of the money may take a bit of time to be paid by HMG

Ok great. Its just the likes of red nose day they always say "pledged amount" and I often wonder how many people rang up drunk and when sober - backed off.

Have you seen how much 'justgiving' is skimming off the top?

When i looked at it, it was £0. You made a donation to Just Giving as an additional payment. Has that changed?
