Its about time the careerer civil servants permanent sec's ect - all unelected be given a kick up the arse if its the only way that things can change. Start crying like babies when someone shouts at them - don't like their cushy life job being messed with.

Yes, she is not popular, and is the subject of ridicule. That's why she is standing down.
Patel of course was sacked, for misuse of her ministerial role.
They have already had to compensate one civil servant with tax payers money because of her bullying.
This senior civil servant will not be bought off.
She is a liability, and will be gone soon. Just wait and see
