Exup cables - Mustang - 18-06-18 just snapped one of them, £39 a set on wemoto. £117 on fowlers, Jesus. Re: Exup cables - NorthWestern - 19-06-18 I used one of those venhill exup rebuild kits. IIrc it was only a tenner, worked like a charm Re: Exup cables - nordboy - 19-06-18 The wemoto ones are fine, Amazingly easy to fit (does help having an extra hand though ). Easy Re: Exup cables - Mustang - 20-06-18 Sadly it’s not the cable that snapped but the adjuster. When the engine is off I found the exup cam doesn’t line up over the locking hole. It’s supposed to right? But I found I couldn’t get enough slack with the adjuster so I gave it another turn and it sheared off. Is it supposed to line up when you turn the engine on? Re: Exup cables - unfazed - 20-06-18 It will only line up when you switch the ignition on or turn off the engine with the kill switch.
