Best way to lube chain when bike is on sidestand? - slappy - 08-06-18 As the title says what is the best way to lube the chain when you only have a sidestand? I have no paddock stands and do not want to fit a Scottoiler or similiar. Thats what I am doing, takes ages to do it properly. I was hoping someone might have had a brain wave and come up with an amazing simple quick idea. All you have to do is balance the bike on the side stand with the front on the ground and just turn the bars towards you and reach over the rear and pick the rear up balanced on the side stand.
