I've been using it for years now, as a spray it really is one of the best around. Although every now and then i use a paint brush with some fresh engine oil which most certainly gets in places quicker and better than anything, but can result in severe verbal abuse when you transfer it to your carpet indoors innocently/unknowingly. Re: Wurth dry chain lube - Freck - 28-01-18 It’s the best I’ve found in over 30 years of riding. Very minimal fling and my chains have always lasted for ages. Then again I do have a bad OCD for keeping my chain clean and lubed. :lol Re: Wurth dry chain lube - slappy - 28-01-18 Ok, thanks for the feedback, will put some on chain today and see how it goes. Take the bike for a spin first, it works best with a warm chain. [/quote] Good idea, but its pissing it down and I am a commited fair weather rider. Re: Wurth dry chain lube - fazersharp - 28-01-18 I use one like it called chain tech by putolene comes out very liquidy and then sets As said put it on after a ride when the chain is warm and that helps. There is some fling on the first couple of rides but I think its only the extra amount that I did not need to put on First ride fling Re: Wurth dry chain lube - VNA - 28-01-18 Naebody use a Scottoiler? 18,000 miles on ma chain, and hopefully it'll do another 18-20,000. Re: Wurth dry chain lube - maddog04 - 04-02-18 I've used it and would use again |
