Re: USD front - Panthor - 02-09-17

Very nice, Fazers always look better with USD in my opinion, wasn't sure on the lights at first but looking at the other pics I do like them and it looks different to other fazers. Good job

Re: USD front - Falcon 269 - 02-09-17

Looking very tidy with some neat touches all around.  What was the donor bike for the forks and what's the extra switchgear near the clutch for?

Nothing sacrilegious at all - nice job! Smile

Re: USD front - downey - 02-09-17

thats mad , :eek ,really like what youv done with that,,saddle could be a tad better imho though,,nothing sacrilegious at all  :thumbup

Re: USD front - ptolemyx - 03-09-17

Gen1 (2004) Busa forks and wheel, cut down and modified Busa mudguard. Nissin calipers from Triumph 1050 'cause the Busa 6-pots are awful. That's not switchgear on the clutch side, it's auxiliary power supply for satnav etc. Agree seat needs reupholstering by an expert, I replaced the rider section foam with thinner very high density for lower riding position.

Looks excellent ptolemyx...a really neat & well thought out modification.  :thumbup

Did you make the yokes yourself? Gotta love a fat billet ally yoke!  Smile

Just curious tho'...were R1 forks (& wheel) not suitable?

Re: USD front - Tmation - 03-09-17

You will need to do something with the lights, how will people see you coming  :eek  :lol

Re: USD front - Dudeofrude - 03-09-17

Nice job. Has an air of classic triumph speed triple about it

Re: USD front - Dustydes - 03-09-17

Re: USD front - Lord_D - 04-09-17

That looks very neat, nicely done sir.

Needs more lights, though.

Re: USD front - 5LV - 05-09-17

are you sure there are enough bolts in the bottom yoke?

Re: USD front - 5LV - 05-09-17
