Thought i'd try the fully synthetic stuff for a change and i will probably only buy that from now on. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10W-40-Motorcycle-Oil-4-Stroke-JASO-MA2-10W40-5L-Westway-Lubricants-/111704165494?hash=item1a02164c76:g:3q4AAOSwoydWj6xf http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10W-40-Synthetic-Motorcycle-Oil-4-Stroke-JASO-MA2-10W40-5L-Westway-Lubricants-/111838861309?hash=item1a0a1d97fd:g:anIAAOSwHQ9WXgZf Re: cheap EU oil - celticdog - 26-03-17 (25-03-17, 10:50 PM)JoeyMcEssex link Wrote: Delfin are huge multi national petro chem conglomerate Pretty sure the oil will be fine. Adjusting the clutch cable properly at both ends can help with that, but, even more so, just roll the bike forwards a few inches as you put it into first gear and it won't "clonk" anywhere near as bad. The FZS600 is very picky when it comes to chain tension. do it exactly as per the handbook (35mm IIRC) and the clonk all but disappears. Re: cheap russian oil - Bimbam - 27-03-17 I love my Fazer, but the gearbox is CRAP! Re: cheap russian oil - mtread - 27-03-17 Went to my local 'Home Bargains' today. It might be worth emailing them to see if they have it in stock or can get it for you. |
