Just put new chain and sprockets on..still got tight spots - cl1ve2004 - 06-03-17

Just put new continuous chain on and new front and rear sprockets cost a small fortune..just spun the rear wheel to


set chain at 40/50 mm and still got 3 tight spots on the new chain..






is that normal or will it settle down after a few miles?? First chain I've done so appreciate any advice..

That means it's not adjusted correctly. Find the tightest 'tight' spot of the three and set the slack to 40-50mm.
