Not sure why he's having a dig at the car driver, it wasn't his fault he was being held up, although i didn't see any brake lights when it flew up to the other car.
Maybe he just didn't appreciate the joy ride.

Definitely no brake lights from the car so the bike rider probably didn't realise he had slowed so much, but after the shunt the car driver appeared to carry on driving possibly accelerating away with the biker still hanging off the back :eek
Apart from the accident that's gotta really piss you off

What the hell was the biker doing anyway? It looks like the same bike that pulls on from the slip road on the right at about the 10 second mark, but then is he chasing that car or trying to race it?
Either way, it's clear he doesn't realise that the car has slowed because of the traffic ahead and by the time the biker notices, it's way too late for him to stop.
I don't think the car he lands on accelerates away (it's more the camera car slowing down) and the driver is probably going "WTF do I do now?!"
In any case, It looks entirely the biker's fault to me.
Nobody to blame but himself.
