V trec shorty levers - Kenbob - 11-12-16

so i put these on last week in place of the standard levers and I can honestly say they're brilliant.

What's the advantage of shorter leavers other than aesthetics? Do they take more effort to operate than longer levers due to there being less distance to the pivot?


I have short levers on mine too btw, was just wondering.

There isn't any benefit other than comfort. I personally only use 2 fingers to brake so it's nicer to use a shorty than a full length lever. It really just comes down to personal preference

Apart from the adjustable span which is a real bonus i haven't noticed any increase in pull strength, as above i too use two fingers for clutch and brake but it's strange that the brake feels so much better with the short levers, don't know why it just does.
