Yippee and thanks guys !!! - cl1ve2004 - 02-11-16 Exup working    the bike is proper fast now..so much difference in acceleration through the range. Thanks guys for all the help and advice, and to Tex for supplying the replacement valve :thumbup If your umming and ahhing about repairing it .. don't worry it's straightforward  and soooo worthwhile..
