Changing the handle bars, WOW what a difference - Spike1306 - 19-05-16

Hi Guys

My 99 Model Fazer is starting to look a little un kept, it is completely standard with the standard bars, is it possible to change the bars for straight ones, I know it can be done with the fairing removed but can it be done with the fairing still in place??? if so any idea on what size??

Cheers

keep it standard it'll be worth more if you sell it on

The bars are all rusted, so I would need new standard ones, but like the straight bar look, could clean the standard ones up and put back when I sell it

If your going down this route fella, Renthal 758's ultra low are the preferred option.  Smile

Yep, got the Renthals on mine too. Easy to fit and there's lots of 'how tos' on here.

Done the bars.

Got some Renthal street fighter in black, with some new Renthal Grips in grey.  WOW what a difference a set of bars can make to a bike.

Thanks Guys
