Phone Charging on the go - dickturpin - 14-05-16 Does anyone charge their phone while travelling?... Looking for ideas, could just carry a USB power pack and charge in pocket. Alternatively charge under the seat from a 12v socket I have but concerned about vibration on the phone. Any ideas? D Re: Phone Charging on the go - MMCMME - 14-05-16 I use a cheap waterproof phone holder as I also use my phone as sat nav, along with an Optimate USB charger which I also got a good deal on Fleabay with. Re: Phone Charging on the go - Skippernick - 14-05-16 Just a normal ciggy lighter socket, plug in a 12v charger with a curly lead and either put it in my tail pack or into the map compartment on my tank bag if i have it on. Re: Phone Charging on the go - slimwilly - 14-05-16 We don't use ciggy sockets no more,, we have usb sockets now,,one of the first things I fitted to my new bike,,up front then the lead goes into the phone holder,,ideal for sat nav..Sockets £7 on ebay, fit a on/off switch next to it.
