Re: Completed naked conversion! - keithfzs1000 - 29-04-16 aye mirrors do look iffy, my attempt but now with more carbon Re: Completed naked conversion! - JKay - 29-04-16 Love the headlight looks like a transformer :lol Re: Completed naked conversion! - Exupnut - 30-04-16 Take the pannier racks of they spoil the look badly Re: Completed naked conversion! - Slaninar - 30-04-16 Looks good. Just curious: why did you remove the fairing? I find bikes without some fairing (and a big top case) rather impractical, compared with the standard Fazer. Go easy on me, it is my first attempt! ![]() (30-04-16, 07:02 AM)Exupnut link Wrote: Take the pannier racks of they spoil the look badly I assume you are referring to Keith's bike? Mine doesn't have any, just the standard grab handles. (30-04-16, 08:29 AM)Slaninar link Wrote: I like Fazers, and I like naked bikes, so I thought I'd have a go at making a mix! I've still got the fairings and the conversion is completely reversible - can be switched back in a relatively small amount of time, maybe just a few hours. So I can pop the fairings back on if I was to do a long distance journey and need a bit of a break from the wind. But for local riding, I like the feel of the wind! Do bear in mind that I ride only for pleasure and don't use the bike in the rain.
