plastic bit part number? - Val - 06-03-16

Hi All,

when using the front paddock stand, it has slipped and broke a plastic bit that is on the front axle.

Cheap paddock junk  :'(

I suppose this is some kind of dust guard that sits in front of the bearing dust seal.

The problem is I cannot find that part anywhere listed neither in parts pdf or online, can you help me here with part number?

Here is a picture of the nearside with the black plastic bit in place as it should be:

Here is a picture of the offside with the broken black plastic bit missing:

BTW if you have any idea about good front paddock stand too...

All looks fine to me, one side is the speedo drive and the other is the wheel spacer, can't seem to see what you're getting at or am I missing something completely obvious?

It sits here on the front axle between the fork and the bearing seal:

Baffled

Re: plastic bit part number? - bandit - 06-03-16

As everybody else has said have no idea where that,s come from as our bikes don't have that piece between the fork & wheel, I have a 1998 model & the front wheel has never been taken out. It looks more like some type of clip rather than a spacer as it's not completely round.

Are your sure it is not part of the paddock stand, never saw anything like that on the Fazer
