mine is off an 02 foxeye but believe they are same fittings if someone can confirm be hoofin'!

I think the only difference might be the four spacers and possibly bolt length where the rear grab rail fits over the bracket for the Givi side bars.
2001 onward had a molded grab rail instead of the steel tube one. Not sure if the holes in the rear fairing panels are a different size.
Wouldn't be a big problem and easily overcome.

bad news I'm afraid I found the rails but can't find any of the fixings!
if you want them you can have em for price of postage!
