Weather proof mobile holder - Xander567 - 13-11-15 I'm struggling to find a good waterproof mobile phone holder for my Z3. Only one I found that looks good is the following: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Arkon-Motorcycle-Motorbike-Handlebar-Waterproof/dp/B003FMUP0K Anyone tried it out? Or recommend another one? My only condition is that it can swivel to landscape mode, so i can use it as a sat nav. Re: Weather proof mobile holder - mickvp - 13-11-15 I've tried one like that before (not that exact one, but one very similar). Very leaky I found it, bad for condensation etc. In the end I just gave up with mine and binned it, I suppose if you had an actual waterproof case and then stick it in that holder though that would work ok? Re: Weather proof mobile holder - mustardbufc - 13-11-15 Isn't the Z3 a waterproof phone? Wether you would trust it would be another matter though. Re: Weather proof mobile holder - youngsterbiker - 13-11-15 Try ultimate addons. works really well for me in the scottish weather. cheapish too Re: Weather proof mobile holder - Pickle - 14-11-15 +1 for ultimate add ons kit. Had their waterproof holders and power cords for last 3 Iphones and no leaks or breakages. Also swivels for satnav. Re: Weather proof mobile holder - AndyL - 14-11-15 I've used loksaks in the past for keeping things dry if you haveĀ a leaky holder Re: Weather proof mobile holder - Exupnut - 14-11-15 http://www.armor-x.com/#!sony-waterproof-case-car-mount/c5x2 Re: Weather proof mobile holder - Xander567 - 14-11-15 Thanks, that ultimate add on place looks pretty good. And if it's vouched for, must be up to standards. |
