1998 Boxeye caliper bolts - Doggy - 08-10-15 Hi All I am looking to change my grotty caliper bolts for Stainless or Titanium. Looking on fleabay, they list them from 2003 on. Is there a difference in the bolts by year or are they all the same? Confused of Norfolk. Re: 1998 Boxeye caliper bolts - RMT1983 - 08-10-15 1998 - 2002 for FZS600 and 2003 on for FZ6 Re: 1998 Boxeye caliper bolts - RMT1983 - 08-10-15 The only benefit Stainless have over standard is the obvious one, there stainless!!! :lol However Titanium are about 50% lighter and harder so shouldn't foc up as easily as as standard/stainless Re: 1998 Boxeye caliper bolts - joebloggs - 08-10-15 http://www.pro-bolt.com/stainless-steel/stainless-steel-bolts-flanged-hex-race-spec/stainless-steel-fl-hex-m6-x-1-00mm-x-35mm-race-spec-pk-x-5.html I have a bit of a fastener fetish, and yes they are expensive, but oh boy......... I think you'd have to try hard to find a Jap bike above 125 that doesn't use M10 1.25, easy to find now but hasn't always been that way Re: 1998 Boxeye caliper bolts - Doggy - 11-10-15 Thanks guys.
