New Biker, First Fazer, Big Problem... - cliff.claven73 - 02-09-15

hi, just got my first bike, 2003 fazer 600 and loved it until I found out the front fork was bent....now i am back to driving and must replace the fork.  Since i can't find a 2003 fork does anyone know if a 2000 or other model years will fit a 2003?  I also found out forks are apparently one of the most expensive things to replace...yeahhhh new fazer, booooo bad seller!!!!!  Help please...

Depending on how bent they are depends on whether they can straightened. I've had it done before. It's done on an hydraulic rig and mine were quite visibly bent but were straightened perfectly for a tenth of what a new pair would have been. Good luck.

great advice - I will definitely look into that option....I never would have thought a fork was that expensive to repair!
