WANTED Clutch casing for 2004 FZS1000 - PJ - 16-06-15

Anyone got a silver clutch casing for Fazer 1000?
Lack of them available, I guess as this is the first thing that gets damaged on a right side 1mph dropĀ  :'(

It's not that bad, but would like to replace it..... b1k3rdude - I came across a post a year old where I think you were selling one of these? Gone, I guess?

Good luck with looking for one. As you say they are rare as rocking horse shit. Just ask Exupnut, me and him spent a good six months trying to get a good one. If it's not that bad and the clutch still works OK I'd rub it down and repaint it.

  • that is a light scuff that can be rubbed down to remove traces of the scuff.
  • The just get the cover soda blasted (its way more gentle than bead blasting)
  • than couple coats of primer, then couple of the correct silver and then final a few coats of lacquer - the trick is make all the coast light and even (just take your time)
In fact as black engine covers are even harder to find than the silver ones I am gonna take my own advice, time to research the correct black.
