Are there any other EXUP cables that fit the Gen 1 Fazer? - Billy Balthorpe - 08-06-15

There was such a lot of bikes made by Yamaha that used the EXUP system, will any of the cables from other EXUP equipped bikes fit the Gen 1 Fazer?

Hold the bus! I think my cables are ok, ive just given them a good tug and they seem to be still attached at the other end.

I'll find the servo at see what the other end is like.

The only ends that 'let go' are down by the exup vale, so if they are good, you good to do - no cables required.

EXUP servo motor is knacked, its making turny turny noises but no roundy roundy movement. You can turn the pulley with your fingers and feel the stripped gears inside.

So, replacement found on Ebay and ordered for £30, result.
