Pre Margate ride - maxzer1500 - 23-05-15
As the weather looks to be crap in the afternoon i would def be looking at getting out reasonably early, will ride wet roads all day long but not so keen when it's chucking it down. Is bad enough riding in it but is almost worse off the bike if no shelter. If any interest how does Sittingbourne at 10 sound?

We all know how bad weather forecasts can be but it's showing as ok out East on Monday - at the moment that is!

Ahhhh, take it all back, for some reason i had Sunday in my head and Monday does look good! Will be out Sunday anyway but am happy to stick with a mid morning start Monday as the roads will get busier as the day goes on, then whatever happens later won't matter so much. Love bikes but just to ride one isn't enough, the quality of the ride is all.

Still up for a meet maxzer ? What's Midden and the other Lofo's doing ? Some lovely little twisty roads down there if you go the long way round.

Sure am dazza, went out this morning and was pretty busy, horses, horse boxes, cycle races. Still think the earlier the better to stand a chance of some fun, meet others as and when.

OK, what time you thinking, will have to make an effort to go to bed early and snap out of night shift mode. There is a small contingent of Sittingbourne bikers meeting at Teynham chippy at 10 but apparently they have L platers and quads with them so will be foccing slow making steady progress + think they will be using A299 Thanet way.
