First Fazer - Doggy - 25-04-15

Hi All

Picking up my first Fazer on sunday having had to sell my beloved TDM due to the after effects of a mild stroke and wanted something smaller and lighter.

Looking forward to the 130 mile ride home on her, should give me a good idea if we gell or not!

Cheers Doggy

Add to that change the exhaust - bugger it's loud!
Will try and get a DB Killer, if not will be looking for a standard can.

Hi & welcome good to hear that you're not letting the mild stroke (TIA?) affect your life.  I had a similar turn I just keep taking the pills and keep riding feel and as good as I ever did .....Enjoy your bike!

Re: First Fazer - jobs ongoing - Doggy - 05-05-15

Hi been having a bit of a fettle today.

Standard can fitted, no problem.

S/H undertray fitted, no problems. However I cannot get the indicators off the old one, soaked in WD40, brute force -seems to turn the whole thing but not undo the nut - may require replacements.

Fender extender fitted, no problem - but one of the top hat inserts is missing so will need to get one before putting back on.

So ground to halt today with the bike in bits all over the garage!

Thanks for looking

Doggy
