fuel and air filter - HovBiker - 06-03-15

Had the bike now just over 15 months and its spent most of that time in the shed.it's only done 14k.I put couple of hundred on it last year and from mots it's only done another 500 or so over the last 8 years,so it's spent a lot of time stored up.used advice from forum and did few jobs.
Changed the oil and filter, sorted seized rear brake, changed speedo sensor(needle jumping all over place),did headlight mod last year.
Took it for first run this year yesterday  and engine stuttering intermittently.so now changed air and fuel filters.checked plugs(all ok) but little sooted up.leads caps ok.
Filters real dirty with fuel filter having big bits from tank in it.I'll try and add photos.running lot better now but think I need to balence carbs and flush tank to get possible crap out.
Question is what's best way to clean out fuel tank..?
Is there product out there to flush it with when I take it off or not.
Still got 3/4 tank of petrol in it that I put in yesterday mixed with some redex so planning on flushing it when it runs down an checking the fuel filter again.
Also planning on changing fork oil but that will have to wait now cos it's spent too long in shed and I just want to ride it.
