startup problems,need help - muimuisingh - 04-03-15
after charging up the battery seen haven't use for 5 month,switch it on,i notice the bike gone quiet and doing the self test with no error reporting,press the start button, it turn over but it wont fire up at all. it just keep turn over.
this is what i have notice, when switch to on, it should give a hheeeeee sound with self test,it's missing the sound!!!
secondly the power commander3 show no light at all.( i have tested it with 9v battery and work fine with light on and also checked the ground wire and its fine ).
do anyone know whats the problem?
p.s. plenty of power on battery.

Have you got fuel in the tank? also the battery might not be turning the engine over fast enough this happened to me, I got a car battery and some jump leads the extra power started it OK.

after research on the online manual ,i have found out the problem,it is the Starting circuit cut-off relay.it seems that may be little rusty inside connector,once i move the plug a little ,it work.
