New Suzuki - slimwilly - 24-11-14 I am loving this https://www.suzuki-gb.co.uk/motorcycles/motorcycles/street/gsxs/gsx-s1000f-abs/ 160 BHP, should be a fun bike Re: New Suzuki - slimwilly - 24-11-14 [ Re: New Suzuki - darrsi - 24-11-14 I cannot stand these fugly new shapes of standard exhausts, I find them quite hideous. Nothing that can't be changed though. I do like the confused styling, and I'd imagine it's rather rapid too. ![]() Re: New Suzuki - noggythenog - 24-11-14 I dunno slim....bit of a fazer clone aint it. Im pretty sure it'll be foccin rapid. But with speed comes more chance of getting pissed off by one o these new mobile jobs. https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=498477486858028 Re: New Suzuki - stevierst - 24-11-14 I like that. But what have we been building for years? Sports bike with Renthals on! Aaaaand the manufacturers have finally caught on! Amazing...... Re: New Suzuki - ChristoT - 24-11-14 Eh. Fairing looks like it had an accident with a heat gun. Inspire me it does not. Re: New Suzuki - slappy - 24-11-14 I quite like it, wouldn't fancy being a pillion on it though. Re: New Suzuki - Dead Eye - 24-11-14 Nothing about its looks appeal to me... no big surprise there though Re: New Suzuki - JoeRock - 24-11-14 That is one ugly mo-fo bike, at least from the side :eek Re: New Suzuki - devilsyam - 24-11-14 im sorta thinking that bike should be cheaper supplied without the exhaust as most of us bin them or have stacks of them in the back of the garage Re: New Suzuki - Dead Eye - 24-11-14 That's actually not a bad idea... Unfortunately, I imagine it would be some sort of breach of some random EU regulatory body due to emissions or some other crap Re: New Suzuki - bigralphie - 24-11-14 Sure it will be a cracking ride but it looks dated to me Re: New Suzuki - slimwilly - 24-11-14 New yes, different ? well these sit up bikes,,not retro, they are different again, these sit up bikes have been around for a while, I like the Fzs1000, Nicks was a superb example,Kwaks done them,Triumph too,, You got to agree they are never going to be very different from each other,,i for one insist my bike has a front fairing,,i may change with the next bike though,,but I think I need it. I for one do like new design, modern looks, I think mt Fz1 is quite modern looking but hen thenext bike comes along :rolleyes I like the BMW but no fairing,,the Kwak does, I like it,,, I will see if this Suzuki is at the NEC,. If I were to changebike next winter,, a year from now,,i certainly will xonsider a newer Fz1s,i like them..then there is all them others ![]() Re: New Suzuki - darrsi - 25-11-14 17 litre tank and top speed 124mph ??? :thumbdown http://www.sagmart.com/news/Automobiles/tough-rivals-bmw-s1000rr-vs-suzuki-gsx-s1000f Re: New Suzuki - Dead Eye - 25-11-14 Wow, I would have thought it would have a much higher top speed given its power output - not that it would make any difference to me really as I rarely, if ever, would get to that speed. I imagine it might affect a buyer if they were looking to put it round a track though Re: New Suzuki - JoeRock - 25-11-14 (25-11-14, 05:08 PM)darrsi link Wrote: 17 litre tank and top speed 124mph ??? :thumbdown Crap article I'm afraid, it also says the S1000RR has a top speed of 124mph. Not a chance this new bike will be that slow Re: New Suzuki - BIG MAC - 25-11-14 Would look better with a proper seat and tailpeice Re: New Suzuki - BBROWN1664 - 25-11-14 Looks a little to heavy on the wrists at low speed but keep the speed up and that wont be a problem. Re: New Suzuki - taylor - 25-11-14 not for me. Re: New Suzuki - J_Dub - 26-11-14 I like it, though I doubt my bank balance would. ![]() |
