[Recommendations wanted] Sub-£30 waterproof iPhone holder - helloindustries - 01-09-14

Looking to use my iPhone 4s as a SatNav as i'm the poster-boy for getting lost easily, but need to keep the cost down (dole scum).
Needs to be:
Waterproof
Not prone to falling off at 70mph/going over the slightest bump
Would like:
Charging cable access (also weather proof)
Mountable on handlebar
Simply using audio nav isn't suitable for me as i need to wear ear-plugs most of the time due to very damaged/sensitive hearing, so a visual option is preferred.

Do a whole range of mounting systems for however you want to fit it, and they also do a hard wire option you can buy with waterproof connectors to wire your phone into your battery.
Might be worth searching the name of the case on eBay, there were a couple being sold privately you might be able to get a bargain on
