Greeting from R of I. Being hoping to buy a 1st gen Fazer 1000 for some time and I am in the market for one now now. Not many for sale in the West of Ireland! Would appreciate any tips on what I should look for...thanks.

welcome aboard bud good to see another irish foccer on the forum both myself and unfazed are from cork,and both ride gen 1 although hes got a 600 aswell and theres nothing he dont know about fazers,so hes your man for any questions about what to look out for , as for hunting down a clean example good luck, i know lee motorcycles have a silver one in quite reasonable condition and theres a lovely mint blue one on done deal but its overpriced imo ,btw where ya from ?
