Contis on your bike? - richfzs - 13-08-14 Conti have a recall on a number of tyres... http://www.motorcyclecruiser.com/news/continental-recalls-9000-tires?src=SCO&dom=fb Re: Contis on your bike? - stevierst - 13-08-14 Had that surface splitting on my rear contimotion last year. It looked quite nasty, but was only a mil or two deep. Re: Contis on your bike? - Dunky - 13-08-14 (13-08-14, 02:24 PM)richfzs link Wrote: Conti have a recall on a number of tyres... Any manufacturer will have production problems (whether it's tyres, calculators or butt plugs that they make). It's how they handle the problem, that's important - in this case Conti have stepped forward, held their hands up, and are taking (urgent) steps to rectify. Good on them, I say. Your comparisons for if stuff goes wrong makes no sense because if my tyres fail then I end up in casualty with a sore arse but if my but plug fails then --------------------- er hold on, wait !
