Headlamp Adjustment, Gen 1 - nick crisp - 20-05-14

Bike going for MOT tomorrow, a quick check over shows no obvious problems, but finally got around to adjusting the headlamps, which were way too high. But they seem to be pointing a bit to the right - only slightly, but puzzling, as it's defo a UK model and has sailed through all previous tests as far as I can tell from all the paperwork I've got. So I tried adjusting this, and although the horizontal adjustment screws turn (if a little stiff), they don't seem to be doing a great deal. Any views/knowledge on this?

Had to do a slight adjustment up after fitting R1 forks, and had no problem, but didn't make any adjustment left or right so can't comment further.

Yep keith, got the cuppa, and passed with flying colours - must have been my imagination - or something to do with my scientific method of pointing the bike at the garage door and guessing where the beam should be  :lol
