Front Sprocket Nut Online? - mickvp - 20-03-14 Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get hold of one of these online. I dont fancy a trip to the other side of Glasgow and paying £9+ for one. Im not in a rush for it, but I see Wemoto have stopped selling them, and I would rather not pay the £15 from cmsnl either :rolleyes Im sure there was a scooter place that had them in stock cheap a while back, but I cant find the link now... Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - Dead Eye - 20-03-14 http://www.wemoto.com/parts/picture/yh-90891-10124/ You're welcome ^^ Edit: Crap.. they are out of stock ![]() Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - mickvp - 20-03-14 (20-03-14, 12:39 AM)Dead Eye link Wrote: http://www.wemoto.com/parts/picture/yh-90891-10124/ haha! aye... that bit where I said they dont sell them - I did look ![]() Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - Dead Eye - 20-03-14 Wow yeah, I somehow completely misread that, sorry :o Only other place I know of is http://www.yamahascooterspares.co.uk but I can't find the up-rated nut on there, even after searching for the part no (9089110124) You can get the 9mm one from here though http://www.yamahamotorcyclespares.co.uk/genuineparts/9655/17/yamaha%20fzs600%20fazer/transmission?uID=0 Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - ChristoT - 20-03-14 The 9mm one should be fine, provided you torque it up correctly! And by correctly, I mean don't over tighten. Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - J_Dub - 20-03-14 Ebay? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YAMAHA-YZF-R6-R6-GENUINE-FRONT-SPROCKET-NUT-LOCK-TAB-KIT-90891-10124-/351026670017?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts_13&hash=item51bad1e9c1 The ad is nothing to do with me, but part will fit FZS, FZR, R6 (and probably others) There are some others but they want £6 for P&P Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - mickvp - 20-03-14 Quality. Cheers. I did look on ebat and didn't find that, but that's ideal ![]() Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - noggythenog - 20-03-14 Hey Mick you tight foccer you'll be putting vegetable oil on your chain next :lol Is that even the upgraded nut coz no way would i purposely put the 9mm nut on my bike & my bike is a heap compared to yours. Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - Dead Eye - 20-03-14 The eBay listing is for the 12mm nut (or it should be) as it matches the part no from Yamaha that I posted above ![]() Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - mickvp - 20-03-14 (20-03-14, 12:18 PM)noggythenog link Wrote: Hey Mick you tight foccer you'll be putting vegetable oil on your chain next :lol Heh, nah, I'm happy with scottoil for that. I don't mind paying more if it's for a quality item, but £10+ for a nut and washer is ridiculous, especially given I'm changing it because of a mistake Yamaha has made. Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - darrsi - 20-03-14 Fowlers are always good for any parts, but they'll always ask for your chassis number so have it to hand. http://www.fowlers.co.uk/parts/from_fowlers_web.shtml Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - J_Dub - 20-03-14 (20-03-14, 12:18 PM)noggythenog link Wrote: Is that even the upgraded nut coz no way would i purposely put the 9mm nut on my bike & my bike is a heap compared to yours. That's why we have part numbers. ![]() Re: Front Sprocket Nut Online? - pilgo - 28-03-14 they must be back in stock, cos i ordered one from wemoto last night and it was dispatched last night.
