Beowulf exhausts - recommendations? - peterjca - 11-03-14

So my FZ1 was picked up last night after dying at work. It was error code 46 and the generator needs replacing.

I'm taking the opportunity to get a new can and the dealer uses Beowulf a lot.

Any recommendations for a Beowulf exhaust?

I like my Beowulf Warrior Smile

Had it on my 600 and now have it on the thou - slightly quieter on the thou I think but the lower rev range has certainly been spiced up a bit with more growl compared to the Fuel can that was on before

It depends on how you like your exhausts; some just want that little extra without the drone on the motorway. Personally I will happily tolerate any drone for a lovely sounding exhaust the rest of the time. I also don't notice this issue much as my helmet is very loud and I get a lot of wind noise :\

I had one on my Kawasaki ZRX1100, it made a lovely noise even with the baffle in and looked as good as new when I sold the bike 3 years later.

I've ordered one of these titanium ones:

I wanted one with carbon fibre ends but they don't have any of those until April.

I thought the Warrior looked a bit too chunky.
