After talking to OMF and Eddie I have created a group on FB called Fallen Foccers. For all the foccers that have fallen.

The members of the site will of course all be active as they are alive,

To be a member of the site you would need to be alive
To be a subject of the site you need to have died.
I am a member of the site and not a subject of it,
unless I go now after I'm a member :eek

Some families have access to their dead relatives facebook, and then join them to the site. Also, some families create a new account in memory, and could add that. So my question wasn't that stupid :'(
