quick question about k and n s - Arbie - 04-01-14 Hi there. Just about to fit my k an n filter and was wondering if the covered end goes at the top or the bottom. Haven't looked at the air box yet and I'm sure all will become clear but I just wanted a quick answer before i started. Thanks all. Re: quick question about k and n s - darrsi - 04-01-14 Only think it'll fit one way. Re: quick question about k and n s - darrsi - 04-01-14 It has a tight fitting seal around the top..........then let the grin begin

Re: quick question about k and n s - Arbie - 04-01-14 Thanks for the help guys. Daft question I know just don't remember seeing a sealed end on the pics of the oem filter. Still thanks for the peace of mind. Time to get grubby
Re: quick question about k and n s - raff113 - 04-01-14 Sorry about the offtop. Do you rejet the carbs after putting kn filter? Been toying with this idea for a while but someone said i would need to play with the carbs afterwards? Re: quick question about k and n s - mtread - 04-01-14 No you don't need to. I didn't, and have had no problems. In fact quite an improvement. Apparently they run a bit rich with the OEM filter anyway. Re: quick question about k and n s - fazersharp - 04-01-14 goes like this but mine isnt a k&n one though |
